Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing & Shipping Time We aim to get your favorite botanical hair oil blends to your doorstep as efficiently as possible. All orders are typically processed and delivered within 3 to 10 business days across Pakistan. We operate primarily on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

Order Tracking & Lost Packages Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID to monitor your package's journey. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us to request an investigation. We will coordinate with our courier partners to locate the package.

Shipping Delays (Force Majeure) While we strive to meet our 3 to 10 business day delivery window, shipping may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes political unrest, protests, extreme weather events, and national or religious holidays. Bahaar Naturals cannot be held legally liable for delays caused by these external factors.

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel your order, you must do so strictly within 10 hours of placing it.

To cancel, email us immediately at bahaarnaturals@gmail.com. Your email must include your Order ID and the exact date the order was placed. Cancellation requests received after the 10 hour window has passed cannot be processed, and the order will be dispatched as planned.
