Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Bahaar Naturals, we maintain high standards for quality and packaging. We accept return or exchange requests exclusively for items that arrive damaged, defective, or are incorrect deliveries.

Incorrect Deliveries If you receive an incorrect item, you must submit a complaint via email to bahaarnaturals@gmail.com within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives physically damaged or defective (e.g., compromised packaging or formula), you must initiate a claim within 10 days of receiving your order.

How to File a Claim & Proof Requirements To process any return or exchange, we require concrete evidence. You must provide:

  • Your Order ID and the date of your order.

  • Clear, dated photographs of the product and the exterior shipping packaging.

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To expedite your claim and provide definitive proof of transit damage or incorrect packing, we highly encourage customers to record an unboxing video. While we may evaluate claims with clear photographic evidence, Bahaar Naturals reserves the right to deny claims where the cause of damage cannot be conclusively determined without unboxing footage.

Return Shipping Costs Under all circumstances, including returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the customer is solely responsible and liable for paying all delivery costs associated with returning the product to us.

Refund Policy

Please note that Bahaar Naturals operates under a strict No Refund policy.

All purchases are final. We do not offer cash refunds or store credit for changes of mind, personal preference regarding the scent or texture of the oil, or for damaged/defective goods. In the event of a verified claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, your sole remedy will be a replacement or an exchange for the correct item.
